Hello, I am new to fMRI processing and have set up a CONN batch script to process data across multiple ABIDE sites.
As inside conn/results/preprocessing, the names are stored as ROI_Subject00{id}_Conditionn000.mat - it was getting hard for me to keep track of various subjects.
I was wondering if there is a way in CONN batch to specify the subject IDs that may be used in filenames such as, ROI_Subject00{id}_Conditionn000.mat
One way, would be keep a local map(of CONN's id to ABIDE subid) of the processing I am doing for multiple subjects. But, it might become difficult to handle.
Please suggest a way forward. Thank you for the help in advance.
Regards,
Rudradeep
