I have a question about one of the pre-processing steps in CONN toolbox that involves "creation of vdm for susceptibility distortion". It appears that this step only accepts double-echo fieldmap acquisition files as input. Is the latest version of CONN currently not able to calculate vdm files from opposite phase-encoded EPIs (e.g. EPIs with phase-encoding direction as AP and another one with PA )?
Also, here's another question about the results of the 2nd level analysis in CONN. After running seed-based connectivity analysis, I noticed that in the results/firstlevel/SBC_01 we can have BETA*.nii, p_corr*.nii and pFDR*.nii maps (if those options are chosen in the Setup). But when it comes to the second-level tab, when I click on Results Explorer for a certain contrast, in the corresponding folder created under results/secondlevel, I can only find the r and z-maps and not the p-maps. Is there any way I can access the p-maps from the 2nd-level analysis?
