Hi, CONN experts and Alfonso.
There is a problem with my fMRI analysis.
I am analyzing fMRI data which is designed for demonstrating the rTMS effect on cognitive improvement. I set my fMRI sequence as "interleaved bottom-up". After preporcessing work, I realized that the seqeunces of fMRI data were mixed with bottom-up and top-down? I'm not sure why this happened. Is there any solution for this problem? If you had a similar experience, I would appreciate it if you could share it.
Sincerely yours
