using CONN visualizations with our own data

We use our own code to calculate connectivity matrices (based on the Schaefer parcellation).
We were hoping to use the comprehensive visualization that CONN offers to visualize our results. That is, instead of processing the data through the CONN pipelines, use the visualization modules to visualize matrices that we supply.
Is this something that is supported by CONN?
