Hello CONN experts,
I just finished running an ROI-to-ROI analysis looking at the connectivity in differing age groups in the FPC and DMN while controlling for fitness. I set up my model as an ANCOVA with covariate control (Older (1), Younger (-1), fitness (0)) and have a couple negative correlations between a few ROIs.
Couple of questions:
- Since I only have a small number of ROIs would it be recommended to use analysis level correction rather than seed level?
- Is there a way to get a beta value that looks at the effect of fitness on connectivity?
- When looking at the stats table in the lower right of the results explorer, which values would one report to describe the connection? For example I have a significant negative connection between the right and left medial temporal lobes with a T value of -3.56 and a p-FDR of 0.0049. I'm very rusty on my stats and I want to make sure I'm interpreting these results correctly.
Thanks for all the help!
Erin
