To whom it may concern,
We have recently put a batch of 543 subjects through a preprocessing pipeline in CONN toolbox. We would like to calculate the Signal-to-noise Ratio (SNR). A script to look for outliers and framewise displacement values has already been applied, but calculating the SNR seems like good standard practice. An extensive look at all the options in the 'denoising' tab of CONN toolbox hasn't yet made it apparent if and how it can be done. Any help would be much appreciated.
Kind regards,
Romke Hannema
