Problem with ALFF and fALFF analysis

Dear Alfonso and CONN users,

[u][b]I ran an ALFF and fALFF analysis. I am getting all zero values for subjects with missing conditions.[/b][/u]

I have a few subjects (12 out of 50) with complete conditions (they had a third scan that the rest did not get) and they have ALFF results.
For other Voxel to Voxel analyses (Like GCOR) I did not encounter this problem.

Any solutions ?
