Hi CONN experts,
I would like to request your feedback on correcting for multiple comparisons in a second-level analysis. I am using at atlas of 200 ROIs , and I am interested in 20 ROIs as Seed regions and the 200 as targets. When running "Advanced Family-wise error setting" and FDR correction, the FDR is taking into account ALL pairwise comparisons in the connectivity matrix (both in statistical calculations and plotting the results). However, I am only interested in the connectivity between the 10 seeds and the 200 targets. Is there a way to do that the second-level results window?
If I am not mistaken, this was possible in previous versions of CONN where I could choose the seeds and targets separately, and the stats and visualizations are updated accordingly.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Mohamed.
