Two sessions with overlapping conditions

Hi!

I have a setup for my study with two sessions, each containing six conditions. Three of these conditions are called the same in both session 1 and 2, as they are basically the same task (i.e. session 1 contains condition a, b, c, d, e and f, and session 2 contains condition d, e, f, g, h and i). Since I already analyzed the data in SPM, I have just imported the SPM.mat-files for each subject, and in the setup everything seems fine with the two sessions and conditions. Having gone through the Setup, in the Denoising, Analyses and Results-tabs the conditions are no longer split in sessions and thus it seems like the conditions d, e and f have just been collapsed across sessions...
Is this true? And is there a way to avoid this, apart from renaming the conditions and entering the condition intervals manually, which is the only solution I could think of (i.e. having condition d1, e1 and f1 in session 1 and d2, e2 and f2 in session 2)?

I hope my question makes sense...

Best,
Signe
