Hi Alfonso and team,
We are curious to know how many time points are required in resting state scans to complete functional connectivity analyses in CONN. For example, we work with children and sometimes we would have to pause a scan after a minute or two because of movement. Can we enter a scan that short into the pre-processing step? Or what do you recommend as the minimum amount of time?
Best,
Jill
