Compare between group contrast error

Hi there, 

I need help =( I have defined the contrast at setup (sec-level) to compare control and patients. My study samples 8 vs 8. So for control i defined 

(1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0) and vice versa; Red dots showed correct. However when it comes to result; i highlighted both defined group to compare

but generated results was weird =( what is red (increase) control is then blue in patients with same intensity and p value except the fact increase became

decrease.

I have attach a picture of my problem and contrast. I found there was some mistakes in matrix. the one i circle, i think the blue box row should be blue

right? If i am right... May i know how should define my contrast so that i can compare between group.
