conn_withinbetweenROItest output

Hello,

I am looking into second level ROI-to-ROI analyses and am hoping to calculate average within- and between- network correlations for each of the networks of ROIs and correlate them with self-report assessments (e.g., symptoms of depression). Is the output of "conn_withinbetweenROItest" good to go or is some prior transformation necessary in order to do these correlation analyses?
