I have gotten result. Blue in color connection is interpreted as anti-correlation. If it Is anti-correlation, does it means negative connectivity?
Negative correlation is by means hypoactivation for both area that are connected? For example area A and B connected by a blue edge and it means both areas are in hypoactivation?
Or it is the other way round, for instance negative connectivity means area A increase and area B decrease.
May I know how can I choose brodmann's area for result interpretation?
PS: is there any manual on ways to report CONN result?
