RE: Defining an ROI (set of seeds)?

However, when I do this I get SBC maps for each individual seed. How do I get an SBC map correlated against the mean signal from these seeds?

I have attached a snapshot of how they show up in the CONN interface. I will send you the roi file in a subsequent message (looks like I can only file at a time here).

If you could provide me some guidance here it would be much appreciated.
