setting batch.Setup.voxelresolution = 3; so to functional dimensions works fine in respect to voxelsize and x-,y-,z-dimensions. However, my problem with the huge file size is not solved with this adaption. Still there are files with >145GB of size even in functional dimension.
Based on this datasize further analysis is hard to do or impossible.
Do you have a quick solution for that issue to or is this a known conn-mistake ?
