Dear all,
I used CONN to analyze a set of resting-state and task-induced data in two groups of participants, and found significant negative correlation in both groups. Some of negative correlation coefficitnts were seemly small (0<z<0.1), although there were significant. One of reviewers argue that such small coefficients did not indicate real anticorrelations, but represent small shift of the low-frequency periodic signal.
Any suggestions about how to response to the review would be appreciated.
Best,
Ivan
