Siemens sequential ascending slice order / slice timing

My data are collected on a Siemens Prisma Fit using a sequential ascending slice order.
There doesn't seem to be a way to convince conn toolbox that this is correct for my data. I've tried using the BIDS option, to no avail.
If I set the order to Siemens Interleaved (135246), conn happily processes the data, even though the slice order is not correct.
