setup design : 10 x 6 runs resting

I am new to CONN. Very powerful toolbox
I watched the various tutorials, yet did not understand how to setup the design 
any help is highly appreciated !

in short 
10 participants x 6 runs (ABCDEF) = 60 runs of resting fMRI

I want to do ROI functional connectivity analysis (bilateral thalamus and DMN)

I want to check intra-individual differences across the 6 runs, e.g. D versus A, E versus B and F versus C ...

how do I setup CONN for this ?
