Hi all,
I was wondering what the best way would be to use the FIR task regression approach described by Cole et al. (Cole, M. W., Ito, T., Schultz, D., Mill, R., Chen, R., & Cocuzza, C. (2019). Task activations produce spurious but systematic inflation of task functional connectivity estimates. NeuroImage, 189, 1-18.) in CONN. I've included a series of regressors (one per time point) for each condition as first order covariates. Anything else I need to pay attention to?
Best regards,
