Hello Afonso, I want to try to combine MNI ROIs (e.g. aseg subcortical ROIs) and fsaverage (e.g. a2009s cortical ROIs). Could we work this strategy somehow to work for seed-to-voxel analyses? I ask this because we have to select the analysis space in `Setup.Options`, and it's either volumetric or surface-based.
