Correlation

Hi all,

I am very new to brain imaging studies and the CONN software so I would like to seek some advice on how to do the data analysis on resting state data.

I am interested in investigating the association between the change in SPQ (Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire) over a year and the change in resting-state network connectivity over a year. Wondering how could I set up the first- and second-level covariates? Anything else I need to control for?
