When handling the same data (sub1.zip) by conn18a, one batch file includes a STRUCTURAL_FILE(see sub1t.m) and the other does not include the STRUCTURAL_FILE (see sub2t.m), this is only a difference between the two batch files, but we get different "resultsROI_Condition001" (in ...\sub1test\results\firstlevel\SBC_01) for the two cases, I want to know how the structural file to affect the result？Thank you very much for your help!
