Files created after preprocessing

Hi,

I am using Conn toolbox for the very first time and I run into problem after the step of preprocessing. As far as I understand the files created should be named something like "cT1w:3D_TRA" or ...swaurs.. or .. wc1cT1w_3D_TRA".  

However, there´s no such files created. Instead, files called eg. DATA_Subject001_session.mat, DATA_Subject001_condition.mat, NORMS_Subject001_session001.mat or vvPC_subject001_condition.mat or alike are being created. The folders are called BIDS, results, bookmarks, DYN, SBC, V2V_01, preprocessing, qa and second level. 

What am I doing wrong?
