Doing an Omnibus Test

I'm fairly new to analysis and this is my first project, forgive me if my question is redundant. I tried to look for answers in the forum, but many answers were specific to resting state MRI or between-group designs.

I have a total of 5 conditions; one of which is control. Conditions were applied to all participants (so it's a within-group design). I have chosen my ROIs and targets (I'm doing ROI to ROI)
I've completed pairwise comparisons between all the conditions at corrected p, and I did ANOVA (where I compared all control to look for "any" significant difference). This gave me an F value for each connection between ROI to ROI.

1) I was wondering if it is possible to do an overall omnibus test of significance, where I compare all the conditions to the control, for all the ROI-ROI combinations possible?

2) For the two analyses I performed, is beta the fisher converted correlation?

Thank you

Fatima
