First-Level Covariate Mismatch Error

Hello,

I just received an error while trying to finish the 'Setup' step that I have not come across before. Specifically, it states that there is a mismatch between the dimensions of each of my covariates and the functional scans. It almost seems as if CONN is summing the scans across individuals (although it shouldn't be). Here is an example of the error:

ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariate realignment mismatched dimensions (197 rows, while functional data has 39400 scans; the number of rows of a first-level covariate should equal the number of scans for this subject/session)
ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariate QC_timeseries mismatched dimensions (197 rows, while functional data has 39400 scans; the number of rows of a first-level covariate should equal the number of scans for this subject/session)
ERROR: Subject 1 Session 1 first-level covariate scrubbing mismatched dimensions (197 rows, while functional data has 39400 scans; the number of rows of a first-level covariate should equal the number of scans for this subject/session)
CONN v.18.a
SPM12 + DEM FieldMap MEEGtools
Matlab v.2018b
storage: 49311.1Gb available

spm @ /cm/shared/apps/spm12
conn @ /cm/shared/apps/conn

Does anyone happen to know why this would happen/ how it can be fixed?

Thank you,
Karin
