Graph theory in CONN

Hi everyone, 

I'm new to CONN and was hoping someone would help me out with a question I had pertaining to graph theory.

I have functional connectivity (correlation coefficient) matrix between each set of ROIs (there are 7 ROIs for the DMN).  So in other words, I'll have a 7x7 functional connectivity matrix for DMN.  
In other words, I have functional conectivity and would like to get one value (using CONN graph theory) for the DMN network instead of a connectivity matrix.

I was wondering if I can use graph theory (with CONN) to get one connectivity value for my DMN network?
