in the [b]covariates (2nd-level)[/b] tab two variables are created during the analysis called [b]ValidScans[/b] and [b]InvalidScans[/b]. Those can easily be exported to a text or csv file (e.g. excel) using [b]export covariate[/b] in the [b]covariate tools[/b] dropdown menu at the bottom.
You can also check for group differences in these variables using the [b]calculator[/b] found under [b]tools[/b] at the top left. Just select your two groups of interest in the left tab and e.g. QC_InvalidScans on the right, enter a contrast as usual, e.g. 1 -1 and it shows you a p-value and everything.
