niftiDATA output files stacked?

Dear all, 

I'm interested in the preprocessed denoised data (in nii files). I already know these are to be found in the results/preprocessing folder in the format of niftiDATA_Subject*_Condition00*.nii.

I have two conditions, each with n volumes, but I can only find one file, named 'niftiDATA_Subject*_Condition000.nii.

This file has n*2 volumes; can I safely assume volumes 1...n correspond to condition 1, and volumes n+2 .... n*2 correspond to condition 2?

I have used CONN for many analyses before, but never have encountered this issue.
