I submitted the manuscript with the laterality analysis you suggested.
Here's what I got from a reviewer:[list][*]"The analysis of laterality seems a bit odd to me. Why not use a more commonly used laterality index? Or voxel count? Were regions normalized between left and right hemispheres?"[/list]
Also, I found that only in the control group the left primary auditory cortex was coupled to the supramarginal gyrus, although there was no difference when I run a between-group comparison in CONN.
Here's the reviewer comment:[list][*]The claim that in the control group left primary auditory cortex is coupled to the supramarginal gyrus but not so in the patients group is not supported by any contrast analysis, thus is an unsupported qualitative statement.
