Dear,
I have preprocessed my fMRI data using the conn toolbox. I am doing both task-related functional connectivity and classic GLM fMRI analyses.
For the classical GLM analyses, I would like to import my preprocessed data in SPM to run the 1st-level analyses. I have found the matrices containing the 6 movements parameters as well as the ART outliers. Yet, I was expecting to be able to find matrices with the results of the denoising step using aCompCor (the first variables of the PCA results for the white matter and for the CSF). The goal would be to add of these parameters in my GLM to reduce noise (movement parameters, ART outliers, and aCompCor results). I can visualize the noise removed with aCompCor on the interface of the conn toolbox, but I would need the actual matrices with the results of the PCA.
Hence, do you know where I could find the results of aCompCor, please?
Many thanks,
Regards,
Laurie-Anne
