ROI to ROI gPPI in command line

To Whom it may concern,

I have some already preprocessed data on which I would like to run a ROI to ROI gPPI analysis using a custom atlas.
I have been using your wonderful toolbox for some time through the GUI and I assume it must have some functions inside that would allow me to specify my events, my ROIs and then would compute one connectivity matrix of betas per condition. What I would like to do is to run this analysis in a parsimonious way through the command line. Is this possible and could anyone point me in the right direction? I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but I already have SPM.mats for the models on which I would like to run the gPPI.
