BETA maps in preprocessing folder for second-level analysis in SPM - varying amount of frames

Dear All,
I'm trying to use the Beta maps generated by CONN for an additional second-level fMRI main effect analyis in SPM. I've located a series of files named "BETA_denoising_SubjectXXX.nii" in my preprocessing folder, along with a text file "_list_BETA_denoising.txt" specifying their content. Oddly, the .nii files seem to have a different amount of frames (in my case with 3 experimental conditions varying from 35 to 38 frames), whereas the text file specifies 43 frames.
My current question is: How do I know which frames to select from these Beta maps? Are those maps the correct ones that should be created when the corresponding checkbox is ticked in the setup step?

Additionally, I've been planning to attempt a DCM analysis of the data as well - would the "niftiDATA_Subjectxxx.nii" files in the preprocessing folder be an approriate source for that?

Thank you in advance and kind regards,
Jonas
