Changing files references on the Setup Page

Dear All,

please let ask me again one small question. I have a conn defined pipeline that has been already preprocessed. The structural and functional files on the setup page have been automatically changed to the preprocessed ones. How can I easily change references (to the raw files) in order to re-run the things and avoid multiple preprocessing files?
