CONN TOOL BOX NORMALISATION ISSUES

Dear All

I would appreciate if you could throw some light on this problem of CONN tool box with normalisation which i have posted couple of days back. Can some one advice me about this.. Should i use SPM generated normalisation files into CONN .or am i missing a step i can use to  manually correct to get the nomalisation right?
