I want to do task based functional connectivity using CONN, on activvated ROIs. However I think CONN does not do activation anlaysis, so I was thinking of implementing the following analysis pipeline:
Get Preprocessed and denoised data from CONN -> group level analysis in spm, get activated rois -> make .nii roi file using marsbar,input it as atlas in CONN -> include task effect as regressor in denoising step of CONN -> do connectivity analysis using this newly denoised data and .nii roi file in CONN.
I would like to know, if this is the right approach and what will be the best way to do task based functional connectivity on activated ROIs only using CONN.
