Hello,
I know that the fields in the ROI.mat struct have been explained here but I still have some additional questions. Attached is a screenshot of my ROI.mat struct
ROI.y contains parameter estimates for each subject and ROI. However, I also see a 3rd dimension in my data; are the dimensions organized as [Subjects x ROIs x Conditions]? If so is there any way to know what order the conditions are in? Are the connectivity values in these conditions multiplied by the level1 contrast vector for the subsequent statistics?
What do ROI.c2 and ROI.c stand for? Are they the level2 and level1 contrast vectors, respectively?
Many thanks,
Kevin
